There is little of substance in statements such as "there is a God" and "there is no God", unless there is actually some more or less clear idea about what this "God" would entail.

I am however willing to state that I am atheistic in so far as any idea of God that has yet been proposed to me is concerned.

I would actually be pleased if I could believe that there is no mind substance.

But I can't.

What happens to us? There are a lot of logical flaws with the idea of an individual soul, so I don't believe in Heaven/Hell/karma/reincarnation/any of that crap. Instead I believe in a single collective spirit. So the idea of there being a 'self' is illusory. I wonder if 'you' are aware that 'you' have died...
