Just because an astronomer makes a different theory or hypothesis about something contradicting what it is currently accepted by the scientific community, does not magically make it true, just because it is different, the rest automatically change into a lie or even a conspiracy? It gets interesting though.
There is always the case that new discoveries will be found that could cast doubt and it will be part the progress of science in the need to be to updated and autocorrected, I assume. But having certainty about a "new truth", doesn't sound reasonable. I heard that some doctor, wrote a book stating that smoking does not cause cancer at all, because some doctor publish this, does that mean that a "new truth" is revealed?

well, it is interesting, something to make note here, is that on this other page: http://www.viewzone.com/endtime.html there is a contradiction, this page assumes we live in the milky way galaxy.

Not to mention that the connection to the mayan's calendar related to 2012, seems to be a lot to swallow.

there is no good evidence other than articles or interviews.. even a scientist isn't right.. it requires a perspective and belief... because there is no proof, at least not unless you are willing to do every bit of research yourself, even then you may be wrong.. we will have to wait until 2012 to see if I'm right, and if I im right then im right, if im wrong then im wrong..

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. It can certainly get larger, but it will not contract because a black hole that size radiates much less energy than it gets even from the cosmic background microwave radiation, IIRC.
