There's an area in Castlegar where there is a confluence of two rivers - the Columbia River and the Kootenay River about 175 SE of Calgary.

Thats close. Can you pinpoint the area better, and what the point of interest is?

Is the are close to Red Deer, Innisfail, Lethbridge, Calgary, Edmonton or Rocky Mountain House?

Are these areas warm: Fort MacLeod, Pincher Creek, Crowsnest Pass, Claresholm or Chain Lakes Provincial Park?

Pincher Creek is warm. Crowsnest Pass is hot.

Can't you just take a sceenshot of it, and upload it to ImageShack or PhotoBucket?

Yes, years ago when I was visiting relatives in Everett WA, who owned a Cessna airplane, they gave a us a tour of Puget Sound, and we flew right over that. It's Discovery Park in Seattle. The West Point Light House is at the left. Salmon Bay at the top. Smith Cove at the bottom. Lake Union on the right edge.

Try this one. Where is it? Ask questions. I can post some zoomed in shots if it helps.
