Hope the treatment helped, Mark and that life improves significantly for you. Sounds like a good move to take yourself off the dating sites if they’re doing you no favours. You couldn’t pay me any amount of money to be on those! Take care.

People are apparently still dating even with COVID going on but I feel no different than I did pre-COVID. I really wish the pandemic didn’t happen. It’s really messed up my head.

Out of curiosity, I asked my psychiatrist if he has more work now than before COVID. Yes, he does.
Apparently, COVID messes a lot of heads.

Do you play your guitar?

It’s made me more depressed than ever before. I didn’t think I could go any lower.

I haven’t touched it for a long while now.

Oh, dear, that's bad! I wish you find some activity that makes you feel better not worse!

Lately I’ve been feeling like I have low-grade headaches, especially when I feel down.

Would a walk help?

It probably would as long as I have water with me. It’s very hot outside these days.

Thanks, Juliette. Those apps just don’t seem to be for people on the spectrum.

I saw a book talking about 2030. I will turn 42 when that year comes. I want things to change in my life before that happens.

Start with the easiest on the list.

Hi, sorrowfairiewhisper. I’ve been sleeping better lately. It does require taking a lot of medicine to do so, though. I tried some dating apps but they were a bust and it makes me wonder if the girlfriend issue will ever change.

That’s good that you’ve been sleeping better! Easier said I know but time will tell Marknis, things happen when you’ll least expect it! When the covid thing dissipates do you think you’ll meet people and try to meet people ? I understand your struggle! I’d found it hard to meet people and plus I have a family that treats me like a kid and they intervene at times might make men run and I’ll be a lonely old women probably! I understand that family look out for loved ones especially those that are vulnerable and I mean no disrespect but certain boundaries shouldn’t be crossed and it’s up to us to make our own mistakes and choices! I’m sure without the lecture you’re aware of dating apps and being aware of meeting people online? Hope the medication a temporary thing too but I’m glad all is well

Edit! Try not to be disheartened! Concentrate on your health and making friends and the rest will follow

I do spend time socializing at the comic book store and with some gaming friends I met through another friend but I haven’t made any new friends this year.
