I would like to recommend Colorado College for students like myself. One course at a time (3.5 weeks), small school, small classes (25 max), lots of field trips (good way to make close friends is sitting around a campfire where you don't have to look at anyone), also the alternative schedule tends to attract intense students of all types. Down side is the expense.

For those in Canada, especially Alberta, I would recomment Red Deer College. It's a small but good college,The instructors are great and give one on one instruction and help if needed.I have done well so far, even better than many of my NT classmates. The classes are in about the 25-30 max range as well.Red Deer is a small city in central Alberta but is big enough that we have everything...except a chilis restaraunt.

Can foreigners apply to Colorado College? Are there any financial aid available?

You can apply to the college, but do you have the money to go to an expensive private college and to live in the US? Also you have to go apply for a US student visa, and work through all of that which I hear is not all that easy. It's easier to go to a country like Canada than America just because of the amount of people in these countries. (I'm an American).

Oh I see. What a pity. So far my local university does not yet have the resources to cater for me though. I wonder...
