For those of you who need vestibular stimulation and also those of you with ADHD restlessness, have you tried those big exercise balls? I just got one today (25.5") and it's great - even if you're just sitting on it it allows for different kinds of movement. You gotta try it. Lol, disclaimer: this could just be the novelty of a new toy - by this time tomorrow I might be bored with it, wondering why I thought it was so great...

My parents have one of these and every time I go to their house I play with it. So, I'd say you'll have fun with it for quite some time.

I think they're good[they have them at the gym I go to with college],but would prefer to own one of those space hopper things in adult size.

Are those the big inflatable balls that look like exercise balls, but have handles on them so you can bounce around? I LOVED those as a kid!

My brother is an autie and he is 28 and he still loves those things. We just have to buy him new ones about twice a year because they aren't exactly made for grown men to bounce on. But whatever makes him happy right?

Do you have to blow the exercise ball up yourself or is it already inflated?

The ball comes with a hand pump to blow it up.

I have one, I use it as a computer chair, and for part of my physical training routine.
Excellent for developing your stabilizer and core muscles.

I have one, but I mostly use it for abdominal workouts or in place of a bench for weight training.
