I used to swear that I would never watch South Park. I used to think it was nothing but cussing and immature fart humour (well... it sorta is...) but after a deal with my brother (I wanted him to watch Storm Hawks but he wanted me to watch South Park) I figured it actually wasn't as awful as I thought! Heck, I even find Terrance and Phillip funny! My favourite episodes are Timmy 2000, manbearpig and Tsst. I think they are hilarious!

Yes, it's a very good show.

It was meant to give people a perspective on certain issues.

The fart jokes are really just a cover I think. The writers of the show actually tackle some pretty important issues.

I agree.

Mere grossing-out is more of the premise of Family Guy.

I've noticed that, too.

I like Cripple Fight, Bebe's Boobs Destroys Society, and The Butters Show. I wish they do one on autism. I feel left out but at least they did one on ADD. I have always liked I when Kenny died but sadly he doesn't really die anymore.

I am doing my own fanfiction on the show making fun of AS and I had one of my OC's kill Kenny from one of her meltdowns.

Yeah that one where all the kids are diagnosed with ADD is hilarious! I am AMAZED that they havent taken the piss out of Tourettes yet! I suppose Tweek is kinda Touretty although that is because he drinks too much coffee...

Yes, it gets a bit gross sometimes, but South Park is good. Family Guy is a little bit asshat in it's humour.

My whole family thinks it's all stupid immature humour. Maybe they're just not smart enough to get the issues it actually touches on;) I've been a huge fan for years.

I agree 110%, south park comments on society and other bigger issues wheras family guy is just fluff and sensaionilsm with no brains at all

I find the show to be either a hit or a miss. I'm not an avid South Park fan but I certainly do enjoy the show from time to time and pretty much any episodes that revolve around Cartman. There are some episodes that I think are really funny and then there are others that I find pretty boring. I for one find Terrance and Phillip to be very boring and unfunny but that's just my opinion. I hate the whole Canadian head flopping thing, it's just stupid. Overall the show isn't perfect but it certainly is worth watching and Cartman makes the show.
