I wrote this a couple of days ago and thought i would share it..it doesn't have a title at the moment

I feel your pull
like the moon to the tides
My cosmic undertow
You pull
I recoil
When i wish only to reach out
Claim you and your burdens as my own
You'll burden me anyway
Either way
But I fear the consequences
I fear the openess necessary
to reach such an end
and the vulnerability it entails
For, what I fear the most
is this world
and all of the horror within it
The man-made wrongness
that oozes from every pore
that stains the very ground
beneathe our feet
And so, I feel your pull
I feel it
with every ounce of my being
I acknowledge you
but my hand will ever fall short
of touching you
For I fear your clutch
and your limitless potential
To Destroy me

I wrote a poem too, but during my depression time. I call it Blue Citrus Hearts of Crows

Seconds ticking readily slow
Twilight fainting heavenly tears flow
Blue citrus hearts of crows fly low
With dreams broken souls float
