I understand the need to turn this man into a plaster saint.

But please.....

He toured as a child with the older brothers and watched, or at least listened to them having their way with female groupies ....

How much more do need you need to know about him ....

He was addicted to drugs and NO ONE did a intervention ....

No one will ever know...

But I heard my friends having their way when I was a teenager and I was none the wiser for it. If you're not developed in that way, it doesn't make sense to you what people are doing and why they would want to do it!

I'm not saying MJ was a saint but I really don't believe he was a child molester.

Plus, I don't think he had a very good psychologist!

Nothing to choose between for me, I'm afraid.

I was never a massive Elvis fan or a massive MJ fan.

I just really feel for MJ because he was so misunderstood and I so know it.

I wudda made him feel better.

Have it your way, then .....

If only you could have met him, and showed your love for him, he would have changed his lifestyle ...

You never know!

I just reckon he just needed to be around people who weren't putting pressure on him all the time. Being different to most people and being judged for it is so horrible no matter how talented you happen to be. I felt sad for him. Like, I reckon even 'his' kids are not biologically his, but he had to pretend they were just to try to pretend to be normal. It's bad enough being different but then when the whole world is looking at you like a freak show, that doesn't bear thinking about.

I don't think anyone should have to pretend to be normal but it seems to be a necessary evil in this world. Maybe everyone could have changed his lifestyle by being more accepting?

Sam :)

"Normal" is the setting on a clothes dryer.

Oh!

I can't afford a tumble dryer so I didn't know!

Maybe I've been trying to emulate the wrong thing all these years!

well, i was in Colombia when i found out about MJ's death. it was my uncle who told me about it out of the blue (and of Farrah Fawcett's too). at first i thought he was just f#@king around with me, because he's like that. however, Farrah's death wasn't so surprising to me 'cos we already knew how ill she was. for these things i tell myself that i should see it to believe it. to make sure he wasn't playing with me, i saw the news and there it was - THE KING OF POP IS DEAD AT 50. i planned on going to a karaoke bar so i did. i sang 'Alone' by Heart and dedicate it to Michael Jackson that night. 2 days after the news, i wore black and listened to nothing but Michael Jackson/Jackson 5/Jacksons songs on my iPod.

RIP Michael Jackson!
