That would have to be all of my now outdated knowledge of HIV antiretroviral medications Used to know everything about all of them till several years ago, but I'm now behind the times. That's not strange, though, just unusual. Well, I couldn't really go talking about that at a cocktail party, now, could I?

If you have cookies that have gone hard put a piece of bread in the container with them cover it up and leave it for awhile. After one day the cookies will be soft and the bread as hard as a rock!! !!

I knew the USSR would not survive the 90s. I knew this 7 years before the USSR fell. That also was for all of Eastern Europe too. Just knew what was going to happen in the end.

That bread trick also works with the brown sugar cannister :)

Is it strange to know there are
little creatures living in the roots of your eye lashes.

I love telling people who didn't already know how many microorganisms there are EVERYWHERE and watch their skin crawl. It is so cute.

I'm in the following group on Facebook:

Bacteria Unite- ON YOUR FACE!

Oh, and the weirdest thing that I know? Off the top of my head:

Our current understanding of aerodynaimcs had to be modified because the old understanding worked for almost everything but the bumblebee was not supposed ot be able to fly

and

My cat scratches the carpet to relieve extreme stress. He does it every time I scold him. (Dude, what? I'm saying my pet housecat has a coping mechanism for dealing with anxiety! He's got good emotional intelligence or something! Regular intelligence, though.... he's not too heavy on that.)

Not exactly 'weird' but for some reason I always got a kick out of it, and it explains a lot:

Long Island, geologically, belongs to Europe... not the United States.
