Hello
I start college on the 8th move in day is the second. I have just one problem money. I had 800$ saved but i burnt threw 740$ in just 2 months. How much money should i have saved for the college year? My tution is all payed for. I have always been an impulsive shopper.

Get a part-time job. Don't spend what you don't have.

Break yourself of the impulsive shopping habit.
