This phrase bothers me, because it makes it sound like nobody cares about us but our parents, that our parents are all we have because we're too socially inept to make friends or get a boyfriend or girlfriend, let alone get married, and that we definitely don't have children, and that even our siblings and other relatives don't like us, because we're the kind of people only a mother can love, you know? You should say it's for anyone who cares about people with ASDs. Unless, of course, you're just insterested in us and our parents for some reason and want the site to be just about that. Or do you mean that this site is just for people with ASDs and their caregivers (but a lot of caregivers aren't parents), and just about raising people with ASDs? I doubt it is, though. So that's why I brought this up.

Maybe "and their families" would be better.. I think that was kinda the gist of the statement anyways.
