A couple of Chicken sandwiches and a Fanta Cherry.

Fruit smoothie

Salad.

Trader Joe's hummus veggie wrap, naan, blueberry, broccoli, apple, pear, Whopper, chocolate, almond, fish emulsion, banana


Felt bloated and kept eating

Need ssri


Emotions just too strong

Pancake buffet with whipped cream and jam and a glass of Apple juice.

Do you steer clear of the chocolate bits?



I had one of my burritos for lunch as usual and then five of these little salted caramel dark chocolate treats I bought at the local co-op.

Now....it's time for my after lunch cup of coffee. The second of only two cups of coffee I allot myself each day. Needless to say it's a special routine of the day that I look forward to!

It was only my second time having Cherry Garcia and tbh I didn't notice the chocolate until the last few bites. I didn't mind it because it was frozen and not as notably chocolate as a room temperature piece would be.

I don't hate chocolate but I certainly don't love it, and I greatly prefer anything which is brown sugar based. (maple, penuche, caramel, butterscotch). I'm not a white sugar type of girl. lol.

I have one coffee per day but you just inspired me to have mine, because I realise I had tea this morning.

Chicken noodle soup for lunch.

Broccoli, spinach, apple, pear, exotic bean salad, naan, almond,

macaroni & cheese

Banana , yogurt

Ate til bloated and ate some more




I will never get over it

Honey Nut Cheerios for breakfast.

An overprised chicken sandwich with sallad and a cola zero for €14/$14... thought i ordered a chicken breast with pasta, but joke was on me. Should have read the menu better...

An Asian salad for lunch.

Chicken Tikka sub at Subway.
