Nathan Hale from Resistance: Fall of Man and Resistance 2.

Guybrush Threepwood from the Monkey Island series.

Xigbar is cool too, but I thought I liked the image more of the blindfolded Riku in the black outfit, and he reminds me of myself, it was that or Harold the mutant tree man in Fallout 3.

the ninja in NINJA ( Atari 65XE game )

some evil laughing fat turkish bloke who was an end of level boss in I think Double Dragon ( or something similar ) who just stood there with his arms folded as you tried to beat him up, occasionaly walloping you with a hefty karate chop

All the creepy crawlies that you had to shoot in CENTIPEDE on the Atari 65XE, because they looked so crap and made such dodgy noises as they fell down the screen at you ( the flea looked like a human heart complete with arteries and sounded like it was farting ).

A ghost in a game called Spooky Castle on the A65XE that had a very camp "WOO-OOO-OOO" indeed.

The Barbarian in Barbarian on the AtariST, grunts in the heat of battle that suggested he was enjoying proceedings just a little too much.
