If you're trying to log on at work, or at school, don't bother, get on with what your sposed to be doing. Chances are if a site is blocked, it's not that good.

I reccomend tor/privoxy assuming that you are using your own computer.
This with the addition of a firefox extension (tor button) will allow you to swap between normal and proxy surfing with a single click.
It takes a bit of setting up, but it's a handy tool. If you're running linux, then you need to fiddle in the terminal to get it running. I have no idea how to rig it up in windows.
