I agree that it's too young to tell because a lot of the behaviors could be outgrown or at least not get worse or pose any real problem as she gets older. It's good if you have concerns to be on top of them and proactive though so good on you for that.

Our Dr would not even give my 4.5 year old an Aspergers diagnosis because she says she is too young and she doesn't give that diagnosis to kids this age. She gave her PDD-NOS as a provisional diagnosis but suggested that it's most like Aspergers (basically is Aspergers but we may never need to get that particular diagnosis because we are addressing the issues now and they may resolve or at least become manageable before she is the age of diagnosis in which case, no need!)
