Dysphoria is a negative or stress-reactive mood that can take the flavor depression and sadness, anger and hostility, tenseness and anxiety, or boredom and indifference. Which dysphoric emotion is most common or strongest for you?

Anxiety, because even when I'm in a rage I experience anxiety.

Boredom and indifference. (I guess it's what is called a "devil may care" attitude.)

Definitely anger. All the others I experperience and they are no fun, but anger is the most uncomfortable for me. Don't know how to handle it at all, whereas the others I know how to handle them. Depression and anxiety are internal while anger's external, outward-manifested, hard to control.

Anger and two of its cousins: depression and frustration. It seems I can only handle so much and then I blow my top. I'm working on anger management and am improving--only 1 broken PC last year and 0 this year (so far).

Frustration is a form of anger directed toward the self instead of externally to another or to a collective or idea.

Anxiety. I hate feeling uneasy very much. While anger makes me feel powerful and sadness batters down my self-esteem to the point where I am relived of responsibility, anxiety really sucks. Boredom is also a crappy feeling, but the good thing about it is that it doesn't hurt me emotionally and it doesn't impair my judgement.

Anxiety, especially if I don't know WHO to aim my rage at or what the source is.

Peace

Yup, couldn't have said it better myself.
