You Are a "Don't Tread On Me" Libertarian

Image

You distrust the government, are fiercely independent, and don't belong in either party.
Religion and politics should never mix, in your opinion... and you feel oppressed by both.
You don't want the government to cramp your self made style. Or anyone else's for that matter.
You're proud to say that you're pro-choice on absolutely everything!

Took it twice, changing a couple answers that could have gone either way based on the wording of the offered choices and got these:

- You Are a Capitalist Republican

- You Are a "Don't Tread On Me" Libertarian

So somewhere between those :?: Capitalist Libertarian? That sounds kind of right. (I don't trust the republicans and don't want to be labeled one. come to think of it, don't trust the democrats either)

I got New School Democrat, but the quiz didn't really have any options for the green party. Also, I think the government is huge but in a socialism for the rich bastards/ military killing indigenous people type of way, and both parties support this.

You Are a Liberal for Life

You've got a bleeding heart - and you're proud of it.

For you, liberal means being compassionate, pro-government, and anti-business.
You believe in equality for every person, and you consider yourself universally empathetic.
Helping others is not just political for you ... it's very personal too.

8O WTF?....

Image

I think I got this answer because of late my political views have been all over the map. But if there's one thing I'm not, it is being in favor of US intervention in every conflict everywhere in the world...basically the one way Joe Lieberman differs from most Democrats. And one area where I think I've actually been pretty consistent in my opposition to.

I also didn't like that question about "who would you vote for?" I actually voted for Ron Paul in my state's primary and for Bob Barr in the general election. So I had to choose "nobody" from that list.

Eh, whatever. I've seen a better version of this kind of test that I'll post if I can find it.

You Are a Religious Republican
You make up the conservative, Christian, dedicated core of the Republican Party.
You believe it's important for religious people to stand up for their beliefs in politics.
And for you, this means voting your conscience - which almost always means voting Republican.
Your pet causes include the sanctity of life, school vouchers, and prayer in school

Way way way off. I am religious yes, but I am a communist. I am definitely NOT NOT NOT a Republican! I think just one or two questions influenced this result.

You Are a New School Democrat
You like partying and politics. It's likely you are young and affluent.
You're less religious, traditional, and uptight than most Democrats.
Smoking pot, homosexuality, and gambling are all okay in your book.
You prefer that the government help people take care of themselves.
