I feel anxious and sick to my stomach.

Haven't felt that way in some time. ((((hugs))))) I know how terrible it can be.

I actually feel pretty low right now. I guess I'm depressed coz things just don't go my way. :cry:

I feel sh***y and alone, but I have enough experience to know exactly whats causing it - SAD, New Year's, and recent talk with an unpleasant relative.

I'll bounce back next week, and keep it up until Valentine's Day, when all hell will break loose again.
