At school 3 of my teachers assigned us projects that are all due next week. (exept a physics project which is due Friday  ) In spanish, we have to do a stupid poster over what we want and need in life, and a paper with 10 resolutions for next year. And in English, we have to make posters over Edgar Allan Poe. But, my printer isnt working at all so I cant print anything for the stupid posters! And tomorrow I have to go to pizza hut for 4 hours to get used to working there before I actually get hired. I really dont have THAT much to do but I just cant handle all this crap. (Plus, with all the daily hassles I have to go through at school added to this just makes things worse.) What should I do to help relieve this stress because I usually just let it all build up to where things get out of control.

Here's some ways I relieve stress:
*Punch a pillow (if you don't have a punching bag)
*Just write a huge rant about everything that irratates you
*Throw a bouncy ball at the wall (wall, not at your or somebody else's stuff!)

I also write a lot and play video games.

Teachers can be horrible about homework sometimes. They give out a lot of work, and then they complain that they have too many papers to grade.

I have to give a presentation in my Athletic Injuries class. My partner and I have to present for 45 mins, which is almost a whole class period. Not to mention Finals are coming up at the end of the month.

But, when I get stressed out, I call one of my friends and rant, or I listen to calming music (usually the Pirates of the Caribbean soundtrack).

How's the work going?? Hope you've managed to reduce your stress levels.

I've found throwing a text book across the room can be really therapeutic when work has been stressing me out in the past.

I've also found that when I have a lot of work that needs to be done in a short space of time planning out much time you need to spend on each and then tackling one at a time can help.

Work is actually going pretty well. I dont have to cook much though. (I think they've seen how slow I am) Im comfortable with washing dishes and preparing the dough for the next day because they're easy tasks with a lot of repitition. Its not as stressful as I thought it would be so I guess I've gotten used to it.
