How can I deal with strange uncomfortable feeling. Like I keep eating when something serious happens. 8O

If I am hearing you correctly, I use popcorn as a "comfort food" I believe is relatively harmless .... and I have yet to find away to get past needing to do that.

I listen to music and go for walks listening to music. If you dont want to eat all i can suggests is trying one of the other relaxation methods poeple have suggested int the thread because I can tell you that based on my past experience associating food with coping it can make you really uncomfortable on a day when stuff just keeps upsetting you. I once ate till I was sick which just put me in an even worse mood of course lol
