I bite to the point of leaving teeth marks and at times part of my hand goes numb. (The opposite side that I'm bitting.) Is this a stim anyone has done or does do?

I sometimes bite my finger. Never enough to cause any real damage. Sometimes when it gets sunburnt it gets itchy or bumpy, so that when I usually bite it.

Yup, always have. I chew the knuckle of my right index finger - it's all calloused from having meltdowns and chewing the skin right off it.

Oh yeah, when I get extremely anxious I tend to bite down real hard on my curled up index finger.
I also bite my finger nails, but that's more of a nit-picky habit of mine that I do when bored. I'm trying to stop that so I can have normal, decent looking nails.

I chew on my fingers, but not hard enough to leave marks.

I used to bite the skin off of my fingers around my nails when I was younger. I still do it sometimes when I'm stressed.

YES! Oh my god I used to have such bad problems with this as a kid. I would bite my hands until they bled sometimes. I did this if I was really frusterated. I grew out of it, but sometimes I'll still bite my idex finger out of rage before I snap out of it. If I start doing this, I know I need to really try to calm down.

I don't bite my nails, but I pick them. I've been picking them ever since kindergarten, but now I've been picking them more obsessively than ever. It's because some of the stress over the previous years has been really getting to me.

I have had that as a temporary stim. I've done it but don't anymore, I have others. :)

Yeah I chew the skin around my nails all the time and I bite my nails.
I also bite my fingers and I even put my thumb in my mouth.
