Hey Im sorry to be bothering you with a stupid question but how do you find out what video card I have so I can get the drivers for it by tomarrow night (going back to the dorm with slow internet next week.) Any help would be nice :-D.

PS I just reimaged it thats why I need to know, forgot to get those drivers.

You can right click on your desktop, go to properties, settings tab, and it should be listed under Display:

Just says (default monitor) on.
