Peppers. They taste good in pepper sauce, and in flakes. But an actual whole pepper's texture and flavour is absolutely disgusting.
What veggies do you hate?

The only vegetable I don't like is Brussel Sprouts. You know, those things that look like little heads of cabbage. When I was growing up, we rarely had leftover vegetables as I would eat them. Vegetables YUMMM!

That would do it. My mother fed us canned asparagus when I was young, which I thought was putrid. When I tried fresh asparagus as an adult I was amazed. Love that stuff.

Are sweet potatoes vegetables? They make me gag, seriously. I can eat almost anything, but I just can't handle sweet potatoes. I don't know what it is about them even.

Beets

I can't stand the sight or smell of beets.

Chayote tastes very good in soup, but on its own it's horrible.
