I love Owl City, also check out Adam Young's other bands. "Swimming with Dolphins" and "Port Blue."

Port Blue is ambient, he said in an interview once that his favorite music is what most call boring, long ambient tracks that drone on for hours.

Swimming with Dolphins is more euro house.

Guess I have a slight obsession with them. lol

My favorite song on Ocean Eyes is Fireflies. If you go to youtube and type in "Fireflies Trumpet" and click on the video from Nighthawk877, that's my version on my trumpet I have not touched in two years.

Going to check out the trumpet now. Having a hard time imagining that one in my head without seeing it.

I find them a fairly decent band, but it's not my musical taste. Mine is more eccentric.

There is nothing great about them. They write songs that will sell and are not unique.
They are too electronic and I have no emotional connection to the music. It is mainstream, happy crap.

I like fireflies but it was definitely over played on the radio. I still love the song but it is definitely not one of my favorites. <3
