Does anyone ever find themselves refreshing the "discussion" page over and over in hopes of seeing new posts? I just realized I have been doing that for two hours.. lol

Yes, I do. Since I have so much spare time right now, I've been refreshing the WP forums for the past, um, 4 hours.

The most addicting behaviors come from variable reward schedules, when you never know when you'll get the reward. That's why gambling is so addicting. Lately, I find myself checking my inbox constantly because I always want a new e-mail. Even when I'm busy, 90% of my work requires me to sit in front of a computer screen, so I always check e-mail.
