What am i going through?
Is it an adjustment to my increase in Tegretol?
Is it just the bummer that I've gone from working 16 hours a week to 32?
Is it giving up smoking 3 days ago?

BLEAH!! !

Anyone else restless, bored, enduring the day lately?

sorta like low-grade insanity and terror. it sticks on your psyche like flop sweat on your skin when you're in a pickle. it all is on a continuum, ya know.
anyways, titration is recommended on all your changes- work hours, med levels, smoking cessation. gives your bod a chance to catch its breath.

yeah.. it's all annoying.. I was coughing my lungs out so had to quit smoking all at once due to shortness of breath plus cough fits. On SSDI but had an opporunity to make good money for a month or two working from home, so I'm doing it. Adjusting to meds.. bored.. tired of sitting around..

wish I had a more gradual transition, I guess.

maybe you might consider taking walks out in the nature surrounding your area. even if it is concrete and cement and exhaust-ridden air, it is stimulating compared to being inside the house. a break in the action. just a thought.

BF is trying to work with me on being ok with being uncomfortable as a spiritual practice.. since I have lots of discomfort going on

I hope that things start to improve for you, soon and that you'll be feeling like yourself, again. 8)
