Multi-tasking in any way leaves me with nothing completely done, and what is in the process of being completed is in shambles. I have to do one thing at a time. I find interruptions make getting back on task one of the hardest things to accomplish.

I can do both physical and mental multi-tasking, but prolonged mental mutli-tasking leaves me drained. Sometimes stress interferes with my ability but other times it fuels my determination.

I can multitask physically very well, and I can usually juggle thinking intensively on 2-3 things at once, but only if I am doing something physical as well. Unfortunately, this messes up the physical activity!
