I know it's an Aspie trait and I made a topic a couple days back on not liking certain things about AS. I enjoy routine. I told my dad to get an exact kind of pill not the name brand stuff (the one I took was called Charcocaps) the name brand stuff doesn't work for me. :-) I also cook stuff a certain way. :-) Does anyone else have to buy a certain brand or cook a certain way?

My life is pretty much one big routine.

I need it to function.

i am too undisciplined to ever establish any kind of routine. i do things as they come to me. but i do NOT like surprises unless they are positive surprises. i dread surprises.

I like routine for the most part; but then again I don't mind a change every now and then. Routine can bore me sometimes.

I have a routine that I just fall into, and some that I make to give me some sort of order in life.

I have a list to follow each day though it's hard to actually do all that it says. My usual routine is just something I do without thinking. It starts in the morning with a huge gap after lunch until 5pm. I wrote the list to fill that time in with something constructive. So far I've been playing videogames.

My whole day is pretty much repetitive, from the clothes I wear to the food I eat to the activities I do in a day. Even when I decide to do chores.

Routinely, no.
Favorites neither, and even preferences are open
for alternative considerations, (well, for most things).
I am an extemporaneous person through and through,
meaning I do extemporaneous things, thoughts and beliefs.
Extemporaneous things happen to me, (and those around me).
I welcome change, due to the fact it’s allot easier than fighting them.
The phrase, “God takes care of those who can’t take care of themselves”
has an ironically serendipitous routine of frequently coming my way;
all I have to say about that routine occurrence is “Thank God”.
Basically, the only routine thing about me is "change" itself,
and which I am completely OK with, due to the fact
"change" is the only evidence of life itself.
As per cooking, it’s never the same,
but it's always good.

I thrive on having a routine. Without it, my apartment and my life would be out of order.

Routine is very important to me. It's one of the few things in life that I can make sense out of.

I try to keep my little world as routinely predictable as I can.

Routine, ah how I miss the routine I used to have, I guess I still kinda have a routine, but when things do happen they seem random now. I would be lying if I said that having a normal ruotine wasn't one of the reasons why I want to get my life started, so things would be less random.
