That just hit me the other day when I was listening to 'part of your world'... made me sad too.

Though I've never been obsessed with The Little Mermaid, I've always felt an inexplicable connection to "Part of Your World". Now I understand why. Thank you for bringing that up; I would have never figured that out myself.

Lion King and Tron. I've only seen bits and pieces of Tron. but I still like it and it's ideas. I'm eagerly awaiting the sequel.

I had the rare opportunity to see Fantasia back in the sexy 70's before it was restored. It's a great film with great flaws. Some of the sequences are fabulous ! !! Some are 'meh'. The part with the ballet hippos and crocodiles is fantastic, as is Mickey as the Sorceror's Apprentice. The end piece of 'Night on Bald Mountain and Ave Maria' is inspired ! !! Truly a masterpiece that has wars and all.

I'd also to say The Great Mouse Detective once I literaly watched it every single day for a month.....the next summer (or was it the one before?) I watched the Duck Tails movie in the same fashion.

This is hard to say. I always like to watch The Little Mermaid. It's such a wonderful, magical film. The main theme is so beautiful and hypnotising. And Ariel is drawn so beautifully as well (probably one of my first crushes, hehe). The thing is, though, that I've watched it several months ago since about ten or so years.

I've seen The Lion King much, much more. And it's a fantastic film too. Also Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast come to mind.
