Is there one? I don't know. I suppose one could be diagnosed AS co-morbid with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. I think that sometimes aspies can come across as narcissistic because we can be so 'inwardly' focused, and switched off to the feelings of others.

I think the link may be misinformed, thoughtless, lazy writers whose initials are JC.

having narcassism is probably a lot better than having AS though.

Do narcassistis come across as weird in person like aspies do? From expeirence Dyslexic people come across as perfectly normal just like a neurotypical.

People with Aspergers Syndrome can make good victims for those with pathological narcissism who receive narcissistic satisfaction from subjugating or harming others, particularly when the narcissist is in a position of power or authority in respect of the individual characterized by Aspergers Syndrome.

People with narcassicm also switch between social agility and social impairment because of their arrogence.

None really.

Narcissists care more about themselves than other people. A person with AS just has a communication barrier with other people.

Narcissistics tend to believe that they are the most important person in the world. They think think their place of employment will fall apart if they are to sick to go to work & Narcissistics tend to believe that everyone loves em. People with AS may not be concerned with others opinions & they may like doing things themselves but I don't many people with Aspergers believe that they are supper important to everyone else
