Here's a few I would like to see someday:

Gargoyles
The Pirates of Dark Water (an early 90s Hanna-Barbera cartoon)
The Thief and the Cobbler
Wacky Races
Gatachaman (even though they're already making a CGI-animated movie)
The Last Unicorn
Twice Upon A Time

Air Master. I would definitely watch that. It would be so cool if they could train a real girl/woman to do that special combination of gymnastics and martial arts that Maki Aikawa does. I wonder who they would cast? Something tells me Crispin Glover would make an excellent Julietta Sakamoto. (Yes, Julietta is a male character, and a masculine one at that.)

It's hard for me to advise anything given that when every single one I've seen has been horrible. But I could go for an old west type picture, so how about Trigun? It would be easier to pull off then say GITS, imo.

Invader Zim
Plague Dogs
Sailor Moon (not a bunch of movies but one big epic one; with Luna, Artemis and Dianna are played by actual cats. Perhaps they would have to break it up into several movies to tell the whole story but those could be epic as well.

Agreed! Loved Gargolyes as a kid, shame it was cancelled.

Mmmm...another one I loved as a kid was Magic School Bus.
MSB would look...um...weird as a live-action movie if the kids were grown-up...and Tim Burton directed it.

The only logical casting if an MSB movie was ever made would be Jon Heder as Arnold
and Malcolm-Jamal Warner returned as "The producer guy."
{Also, Jack Black as Ralphie}

Idea: It's 30 years after everyone from Ms. Frizzle's class went their separate ways.
Arnold works for a geology firm, Carlos is a struggling stand-up comedian looking
for a big break, Dorothy Ann works for NASA, Wanda took over for Ms. Frizzle,
Ralphie owns a restaurant...etc. No one knows or even cares what happened
to Ms. Frizzle when she declared her retirement. The bus is the care of "the producer guy,"
and so, all are called back to Walkerville to look for her.
