Telemarketing. Oh, god, the horror.
While looking for a job this past winter I found a job at a telemarketing firm, selling New York Times. It was very degrading, as I'd get yelled at by customers (my shifts were during dinner hours, UGH) and because I didn't make any sales (I had a loud obnoxious boss, they didn't understand my disability and the quirks of it, I'm always afraid of letting prospective employers know about it, I already get help from BVR/MRDD when it comes to job placement or follow up at the job, but I'm getting sidetracked) Anyway, I lasted there for a week and got canned/quit (If that's possible). Now I work at a Bagel shop. Quite a step down from being considered a shift leader at a videostore 4 years ago...
