help with access 2000 data base

hey, i was given the ultra cool and ultra nerve wracking task of developing a access database at work. The only thing I cant seem to get the dang thing to do is search for records. I have got the forms and querys etc down pat, but wht I want to do is beable to type in a name and click "search" and bring up all records that match that name. I cant seem to get that.

Help!

You're going to have to give a lot more information than that. I'm an access developer so I can certainly help you out. PM me and we can discuss this a little more. Perhaps you could send me the DB so I can take a look at what your trying to do.
