An update: Investigators are now looking into a friend of
the stepmother, who according to news reports,
is telling people NOT to cooperate with investigators.

I am starting to smell a conspiracy here...

Commentary: What would someone gain from hiding someone for this long?
As it will be 2 months on August 4th, a new interview in PEOPLE magazine
with the boy's biological mother has a claim by her,
thinking the boy is hidden somewhere.

But where? Where would someone hide a small child
for this long, and how far underground, perhaps?
