For me, it would be:
Eureka Seven
Haruhi season 2
One Piece (Season 1 First Voyage and Season 2 First Voyage)

For anime films (These are yet to be licensed)
Evangelion 2.22
Any of the One Piece movies

*I included manga as well b/c I like both animes & mangas

I just got the complete sets of Tekkaman Blade, Air, and Princess Tutu last weekend.

The ones I plan on getting are:

The Fist of the North Star volumes (the first one will be released on 6/29).

Eureka 7.

The Rebuild of Evangelion once I can get the second one.

Gurren Lagann.

Akira.

Code Geass.

A couple more anime flims.

I only buy anime series very rarely, but those I own are :

-- ) Ghost in the Shell : Stand Alone Complex

-- ) Avatar: The Last Airbender (it's not Japanese but it has sort of an anime feel to it)
