Got this message on my WP account. Thinking it might be some kind of typical phishing scam.

Spam bots or email bots, whatever we want to call them. Some people call them trolls but I call them bots. I don't get it or what is the purpose of it. Are they trying to collect email addresses so they can send you spam?

Please remember to report them here or in a pm and we will do our best to clear them out.

We've dealt with nicelove about I don't have info. on joyamah. Is that the precise screen name? Can you share a copy of the pm in case there is other info in there we will need?

Ban each and every spam/bot scam via their IP so they can leave us the crap alone, that's the only thing that I can suggest at this very minute tbh with you.

I get these constantly, They are no usually scams. They are more often internet porn queens. I get more of these as direct emails than anywhere else. Flag them as spam on sight the second you read that first line. It's the easiest way to deal with them. NEVER click ANY links in emails like that. Clicking a link in them will almost always send a message to a bot watching for a code in the link that indicates to a web site that your email is active, and you WILL get a lot more of them. Don't even copy and paste the links either. It will cause the same thing to happen.

Just flag them as spam, report them to moderators. It's about all you can do.
