I felt this show was really great, the acting and staging was well done. I liked most of the episodes as well because it was a good psychological thriller type show and always kept me on my toes. If you haven't seen it you should its pretty fascinating about how people get programmed to be other people's playthings and they live in a secret underground lair. Also it was produced by the same guy who did Buffy the vampire slayer. oh yeah one more thing the soundtrack was incredible! So anyone seen it?

Yeah, it was Whedon's worst show to date.

Call me aspie, but I really liked this show. It was weird, obscure, and sci-fi, all pluses in my book. I thought the acting was decent, the plot thickened at every turn, and the ending was rushed but gave you a real picture at what the storyline could have been if it was allowed to continue, though it confused me a little. Joss Whedon also did the totally fantastic Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog. If you haven't seen that you should. It is on hulu.

Good riddance to that show. All the characters were boring, especially the lead. But I guess Topher was amusing enough though. I kind of liked Adelle too.

Having a show where most the of the characters have literally no personalities doesn't work. I find it hard to care about cookie-cutter perfect pretty people with no souls. The relationships between the people were not very compelling either.

The worst part was Whedon preachily pontificating his soulless misanthropic "insights" on human nature and society through his characters.

The premise was pretty dumb anyway. No one is going to spend all that money for a "doll".

It was alright. Some of the plot elements were waaaaay too inconsistent and stopped making sense, even within the universe of the show. Also, for me, it wasn't serialized enough. The last handful of episodes in season 2 were really interesting (but still had some big flaws) but the story was continuous.
