Animal anatomy models, a three foot model tyrannosaurs skeleton, two giant fossil shark teeth, and a jar of ocean water (I live in Ohio).

Perhaps not strange in and of itself, but the story behind the item is unique. As some of you may know, I have stretched earlobes (00g). I have a pair of hollow metal plugs a man with Downs Syndrome turned for me. They are by far the best I've ever owned.

I don't own it, or have it now, but it was in my house when I was a kid, it was my Grandfathers who had died and so was now a family ornament that I often used to handle to examine its strangeness.

It was like rock that had melted into glass and had strange colours in, including red.

It was a piece of Nagasaki my Grandfather had brought back from after the bomb.

Mother threw it away years later when she realised how radioactive it would have been, maybe I havent got Aspergers whatsoever but am a mutant?

I used to actually have a skeleton in my closet - it was the remains of a deer I found.

I have a jar of graveyard dirt on the bookshelf in the den. I use it for Hoodoo sometimes. I also have a real crystal ball, a large cast iron cauldron, a taxidermy pheasant about to take flight off a log, an old heavy rotary desk phone from the 50's, my daughters wisdom teeth, the hair from each of my kids first haircut, a dried rose from my father in laws casket, the screws that they took out of my son's arm after he broke it and had the second surgery, and last but not least a mobile made from bats.

I now have in my possession a Gen 1 My Little Pony shot glass that I bought at Spencer's Gifts earlier this evening. It's blue and has two ponies frolicking in clouds with "Ponies Forever" written on it.

I don't even drink; I just bought it cuz I love Gen 1 My Little Pony (as well as Gen 4). It's probably the most "adult" item I currently have in my room, lol.

I have to say a collection of cat-related articles I've been cutting out of newspapers for a few years now. Some are just pictures of cats, while other are interesting articles about cats. I even own an obituary for Socks the Cat (Bill Clinton's cat). I keep all the articles in one box under my bed.

Right now, probably some loose-leaf tea that a friend gave me in a plastic bag. It is not weed, which I keep forgetting is legal where I live now, but the resemblance is uncanny.

Oddly enough, it probably would be less weird if it actually was weed. :)

A coffee mug shaped like a toilet that has a hinged seat and actually makes flushing noises and a tape dispenser shaped like a man on a toilet. I don't know why people get me this stuff but it's funny.

I have a wooden Chinese broadsword in the trunk of my car. I do karate and am learning how to use different weapons and the broadsword is one of them.
