That mom was really creepy. She looked and sounded more like a robot than a real person. Uncanny valley much?

I thought it was deriding a boy for wetting the bed, who also happens to cut up animals and sets fires.

A combination of things, in other words (neurological makeup and abusive parents; though abusive parenting needn't always be there, and it's not).

I didnt know kids could go through puberty at 8

I got my first menstrual cycle on my 8th birthday. I had begun puberty at age 6. It's called precocious puberty and it's been happening more often in the more recent generations. Although, it's passed down in my family on my mother's side. My mom's mom was married and having kids at age 12.

You could be wrong but I've heard that before from people who would know for sure.... so it's probably true.

Although that accounts for today's puberty boom, I wonder about those that have it inherited... would they start at age 3 now??
