One of my friends who has a bad reputation whenver he is drunk goes around in town and starts saying "Hi" and going up to random strangers and harrasing them a little. Not in a nasty way but just talking to strangers and saying silly things.

If he keeps doing this what will happen to him?

Depends on where you live.

Some punk will get fed up with him, and punch him, in the nose.

He might make a friend.

In London people will think

A) He's trying to mug me/rape me
B) He's a nutter
C) He must be a tourist
D) All of the above

Around here, he could get arrested for being drunk and disorderly.

I live in a small town a few miles away from London. I don't think anything truely bad would happpen but some people are unpredictable.

sounds like a typical drunk. im sure he'll survive
