It creeped me out as a kid. Espicaly the part where the dude murders the cartoon shoe and it screams in fear and pain.

Jessica Rabbit, nuff said! Kathleen Turner's voice makes her really sultry, and THAT body is so curvaceous it puts the likes of a skinny size 0 to shame!

As an urban planning major, it took me 21 years to realize the whole premise of the movie. It was about eminent domain, because Judge Doom was wanting to get rid of Toontown to make way for a freeway, which was being built by Cloverleaf, who bought the electric trolleys with the intent of dismantling them.

I loved this movie as a child. The danger and excitement of Toontown was an instant infatuation for me. My favorite part of the movie was when Eddie goes to Toontown and all the cartoon characters and the landscape itself breaks out into song.

I was thinking lately maybe I should read the novels.

Same here, and I didn't understand the movie nor how cartoons managed to become real. It seems to be a great movie however, everyone loves it, I should watch it again now.

This movie was one big head-trip.

Which leads to a question:

What do you think of a possible sequel due for a 2012 release?

MY FAVORITE MOVIE!! ! :D crazily it's only because of Jessica Rabbit. Jessica rabbit has been one of my ongoing obsessions. I've made many drawings of her and sculptures from sculpey clay. I have probably typed in her name more than anything else, and I have stuff like purse, wallet, music box, plush, keychain, etc. of her. I watch it for her and wish she had her own movie. I've even dream about meeting her, it's crazy
