My name is Daniel, and I would like to take this opportunity to say 'Hello'. I am twenty years old at the time of writing. I am never sure how to introduce myself or how much is satisfactory but I will try and keep it to-the-point.

I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome from a very early age and have been in varying degrees of therapy up until a couple of years ago. I have joined this web forum because I have always been told I have had problems accepting my condition and it would do me good to communicate with others who are similar to myself.

I do not have many hobbies so to speak but I was a martial arts student before I had to give it up when I started university (which I left after first semester - oopsie). I do plan on returning to it in the future, once I get the courage again. Other than that, I am a great fan of computer games and anime cartoons and in my spare time have taken classes in writing. In the future, I would like to become either a novellist or have a job in a respectable office.

I do hope that things will look up now that I have joined. I used to have a few friends from school and the like; but there's no way around putting the situation bluntly, they left me behind to have a social life without me so I have been feeling pretty down for a while now.

I look forward to hearing (or reading) peoples' replies ^_^

Bizzarely enough for once, ditto, I used to do karate 3x a week and plan on getting back into it, however much I procrastenate(sp). I love anime(s) and video games more so than computer games but anything with a screen really , welcome!
