That would be the big "L" Libertarian Party, they do not represent us small "l" libertarians that don't belong to the party.
They're simply trying to siphon off republicans by starting to pander to the republicans' neocon agendas. They'd be much better off following something much more like what Cato recommends (though I disagree with their stance on national security).
