Metabolism in my vitamin C is really working. Last night, I had dream about my mom, I felt her in my bedroom & I saw her too, I was a little upset & crying in my pillow, she came to comfort me, I really saw her, I know that maybe sounds weird. I went down a size, I bought some new pajamas shorts for spring & summer, I was right about my size.I accidentally told my mom shortly before she died that I had a heart problem. I hadn't intended to tell her, but then I mentioned it casually in conversation and then had to explain. After she died I had a dream where she came to my bedside and put her hand on my forehead, as if to check my temperature. Even in the dream I knew it was figurative, and she was checking up on my heart.
I lost 45 pounds between October and February. My old jeans are comically too large.

I opened my box of pills that I bought from my vitamin store online & clean them, I found a sleep support pills for my insomnia. I also bought new multi vitamins for women my age. I been watching music videos on Pluto TV, they have Vevo videos from the 70s-2000s I’m also watching old TV, Family Ties, Wings, Three’s Company, The Love Boat, Cheers, The Facts of Life & The Nanny, watching these shows makes me very happy, I haven’t been depressed alot.
