I was able to stay focused on studying, + take breaks and then refocus semi-easily.

...not a smoker. Not a drinker. Though at times, it seems everybody around me is. I'm surrounded by 'chavs.' Less said, the better.

Yes i like drinking and smoking. It helps me with both socializing and anxiety.

I didn't buy a pack today either which made me happy.

I just got a call from my cardiologist and after a lot of testing they concluded my heart and cardiovascular system is a-okay. Looks like I'll make it to 60 after all.

I semi-organized the notes I've been taking for the last month. The notes are of observations I've made over the 12+ years of living with my girlfriend, to be used (perhaps) during a phone call in a few hours.

The call with be with the Dr. in Utah that is doing the ASD assessments for both me and my girlfriend. I will be acting as a corroborating witness, because neither of my girlfriend's parents are still alive to perform that role, and she has no siblings. A friend of hers from age 14 will also be performing the corroborating witness role.
