nobody bothered me at food maxx

only worked 10 to 3, not 10 to 5

only had to load one thing. customer not annoying/angry. merchandise not heavy/dangerous.

did not rain

Primark have two pairs of black mens/unisex gloves at £1 for two pairs. Absolute bargain and thin enough to wear indoors to keep fingers warm on these cold days.

Biking to work as slow as possible.

Sure that just cuts off about only 5-10 minutes from the usual 30-45 minutes of walking instead of 15-20 minutes through effort.

Basically, it's just me walking faster, yet without the fatigue and discomfort. :lol:

Also without going "auto", not being grounded or letting my head wander off since biking slower AND navigating through the road requires a degree of mindfulness.
