Through out your day...lets say you had a really good day- nobody or no thing broke the rules...what would the rules be? What happens if they are broken? How often are they broken?

What does a melt down feel like? How long do the mental effects of a melt down last? _

I am still questioning whether I have aspergers..though I was diagnosed...still don't totally see it..can you ever be totally sure?

I had a meltdown the other night..or what I guess is a meltdown..maybe it's not if I dont have aspergers or are on the spectrum at all.

After the meltdown I paced around the minivan parked out back for about a half hour, just going in a circle around the minivan. Then a sat in my room and rocked for a half hour and then the rest of the night drew until I was tired enough and went to sleep. Does this sounds like an autism or aspergers meltdown?

The meltdown was from dealing with the courts (Drove 15 minutes to show that I had insurance only to have them say "This doesn't have your name on it- we need something with your name one it" I am under my parents insurance to save money.) and though I had a decent day walking my dog at the beach/fort, I had the meltdown when trying to tell my mom she needs to call into the insurance company and get them to fax the proof of insurance for me to the courts.

It sure sounds like it could be in my opinion.

I love that quote.
