Why do you talk about your obsessions?

I don't know. Socializing is usually boring, until the conversation switches to a topic of interest. Then, and only then, can I actually enjoy talking to someone.

Maybe out of curiosity to learn more about my special interests.. Since I don't talk about their interests I have been called narrow-minded so I think I am trying now to listen to what others have to say too... Although I am still just trying I have not made much progress..
