I am using a TrendNet TEW-632BRP Router and a TrendNet Tew-632Pi network adapter and when i wake my pc up from sleep mode it takes any where from 30 seconds to 3 minutes to connect the same is true when i restart my pc, it started when i switched the router settings from WPA to WPA2 and from EAP and Auto (Cipher type) to PSK and AES, any thoughts on what the problem could be?

Have you tried putting a static IP for your computer in the Network Card Setup. It could be DHCP on your router being iffy

ok also I need you to do ipconfig

Go to start, then type into the search portions in the start menu " cmd "

then do " ipconfig /all "

You have to take a note some numbers

Subnet mask:
Gateway:

did you try to use the same numbers that the site had if so that is the problem because you have to use the numbers from your IP Config
I know I am on XP but for a example using the info off of your IP Config
